Weare seeking a detailoriented and efficient Data Entry Typist tojoin our dynamic team at our hospitality firm located in GadsdenAlabama.

This fulltime position requires an individual who iscommitted to maintaining high standards of data accuracy andintegrity while managing a diverse range of data entry tasks.

Theideal candidate will possess strong typing skills a keen attentionto detail and experience in data management tasks relevant to thehospitality industry.

As part of our Quality Control team you willplay a critical role in ensuring our operational data is accurateand uptodate which will in turn support superior service deliveryto ourcustomers.

Responsibilities

• Accuratelyenter and manage data into various databases and spreadsheetsensuring high quality and precision.
• Maintainorganized records and documentation regularly updating data entriesas necessary.
• Create and generate reportsutilizing MS Excel and MS Word for internalstakeholders.
• Collaborate with other teammembers to resolve data discrepancies and improve data entryprocesses.
• Conduct quality checks on dataentries to identify and correct errorspromptly.
• Respond to inquiries regarding dataentry processes and provide assistance asneeded.
• Utilize problemsolving skills toaddress and mitigate issues related to datamanagement.
• Adhere to deadlines and manage timeeffectively to ensure project timelines aremet.

Requirements

• 37 years of experience in data entry or arelated role preferably within the hospitalityindustry.
• Strong typing speed with a highdegree of accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Excel andMS Word; familiarity with data management software is aplus.
• Excellent attention to detail andorganizational skills.
• Strong communicationskills and the ability to work well within a teamenvironment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasksand prioritize accordingly.
• Demonstratedproblemsolving abilities and proactivemindset.
