Key Responsibilities :
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the manufactured home buying process.
Market Knowledge : Stay informed about the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market trends, pricing, and neighborhood developments.
Prospecting and Lead Generation : Proactively seek out potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
Negotiation Skills : Skillfully negotiate offers and counteroffers to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
Networking : Attend local events, join industry groups, and leverage social media to expand your network and client base.
Document Management : Handle the creation, review, and processing of crucial real estate documents with meticulous attention to detail.
Timely Execution : Coordinate the timely submission of documents, supporting a streamlined workflow for the entire team.
Qualifications :
Sales Experience : Previous residential sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Customer Focus : A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
