Position Overview:* As a Multi-Site Community Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple manufactured housing communities in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, consisting of approximately 200 homes. Your role will involve managing resident relations, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the overall success and profitability of the assigned communities. The ideal candidate for this position will be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Management:
o Oversee the operations of multiple manufactured housing communities.
o Foster a sense of community and resident satisfaction through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
2. Financial Management:
o Manage budgets for each community to ensure financial goals are met.
o Implement cost-effective measures and revenue enhancement strategies.
o Manage occupancy and delinquency to ensure maximum income potential is achieved.
3. Leasing and Marketing:
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute leasing strategies.
o Conduct market analysis to stay competitive and maximize occupancy rates.
4. Maintenance Oversight:
o Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and upkeep of community amenities.
o Implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance property value.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
o Stay informed about local, state, and federal regulations affecting manufactured housing communities.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
6. Team Leadership:
o Supervise on-site staff and provide guidance and training as needed.
o Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:*
Proven experience in property or community management, preferably in the manufactured housing industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired.
Familiarity with financial management and budgeting.
Knowledge of local real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
Strong sales techniques and persuasive communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, property management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community or property management.
