Ideal candidate will design, deliver, and manage training programs for Rent Manager and other employee development initiatives. This role involves assessing training needs, creating engaging onboarding and skills training, and ensuring continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have expertise in multimedia training platforms, Rent Manager and a background in Human Resources or a related field. Travel is required 75% of the time.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in training and development.
Prior experience with Rent Manager software
Ability to travel 75% of the time
Previous property management experience is a plus
