Peak Performance Physical Therapy’s Community Outreach Specialist will report to the Marketing and Business Development Director and will provide creative, community outreach and administrative support for the marketing team’s current initiatives.
Our ideal candidate is a team player with a kind spirit and an ability to maintain organization and meet deadlines. This person will have some creative talent and be able to cultivate professional relationships within the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Provide 40 hours per week of support to the marketing department through administrative and creative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of key initiatives
  2. Work with the marketing team to infuse our branding, mission, and core values into all aspects of marketing
  3. Develop and execute outreach marketing campaigns
  4. Perform market and patient research
  5. Create reports on marketing outreach performance with data-driven recommendations 
  6. Create & maintain schedules for marketing initiatives and events
  7. Attend and participate in community events, company events, job fairs, etc.
  8. Create, organize, and distribute marketing collateral and promotional materials
  9. Data entry and analysis
  10. Reporting on success by monitoring key metrics
  11. Assisting in the distribution of subscriber newsletter and general marketing information
  12. Contributing to internal reports
  13. Responding to marketing queries via phone, email, or social media
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED certificate
  • Community Event Experience
  • Bachelors degree (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong written and verbal communication and writing skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Excellent knowledge and proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Beginner to intermediate level experience with Canva
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
  • Ability to spot emerging trends
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Customer-orientated approach 
Physical Requirements:
  • Travel within the community, including walking or driving.
  • Periods of standing during outreach events.
  • Occasional lifting of materials or event supplies.
  • Comfortable speaking in public settings.
  • Skillful use of hands for outreach activities.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
