Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service. No experience is not absolutely necessary, however, the will to learn and a thriving mindset IS absolutely necessary!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads
- Provide product demonstrations to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Experience Preferred But Not mandatory:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in JobNimbus or similar CRM software
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technology sales, business development, outside sales, and account management is preferred
