We are currently seeking a PC technician to be engaged on site at a Major company in the Northern CA area for a long-term position (may be 20 – 40 hours per week). Please note the sites vary so you need reliable transportation

Position: Printer Deployment Technician

Hourly Rate: $22 – mileage is paid for sites more than 60 miles from home roundtrip

• Printer installation at large medical facilities all around Northern CA (San Francisco, Hayward, CA, Dublin, CA, San Rafael, Sacramento, Oakland, Stockton, San Jose, etc.). You will be assisting with unboxing, set up, deployment, support, and removals. Must be able to lift 50 pounds over an 8-hour period. This is a lot of physical work as the printers are bulky and need to be lifted and moved throughout the locations. The locations are also quite large and there may be a lot of daily walking.

• There is a lead on site that manages deployment process and provides instructions.

• Current schedule is 20-40 hours per week through the end of June and will be going much longer than that through the rest of the year (we just don’t have all the locations and dates). Start time is generally 7:00 AM daily and work is Monday-Friday but may not be every location.

• Locations are in and around San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento. We can pay mileage if you live more than 60 miles (roundtrip) from a location.

• Requirements for resources are A certification or 1 years of experience.

• Must have knowledge of network printers – Lead can teach process though.
