Our client, an industry-leading Heavy Civil construction firm, is now hiring an experienced Project Manager to be based out of their Front Range office and run projects throughout the area. An ideal candidate would have 5 years of experience managing Heavy Civil construction projects from cradle to grave.

Will manage the complete project from cradle to grave, managing a project engineer and field staff in the successful and safe construction of the project.

Management of the daily, weekly and monthly costs vs. budgets, oversight of the projects schedule, subcontractors and all correspondence to the owner, typically TXDOT.

Compensation:

• $120K-140K, DOE
• Company vehicle or allowance plus gas card

Requirements:

• 5 years experience in the Heavy Civil construction arena, 3 in a Management capacity
• Experience with excavation, underground utilities and site work. Concrete structures experience is a bonus!
• Familiarity with industry software
• Experience with public and private projects
• 4 Year Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related field is preferred

Background Profile

• Change orders and claims, RFIs and submittals
• Pay applications, purchase orders, project costs, budgets and quantities
• Management of the daily, weekly, and monthly costs vs. budgets, oversight of the projects schedule, subcontractors and all correspondence to the owner
• General overall correspondence
