Wastewater Project Manager

If you are a Wastewater Project Engineer looking to make the jump to Project Manager, or a seasoned Project Manager ready to immediately take over a project WE NEED YOU!

This position requires 3 years Project Manager or Project Engineer experience in a self-perform environment and expertise in structural concrete, marine construction, treatment plants, yard piping, and/or inside mechanical piping.

The ideal Project Manager will be familiar with alternative delivery methods and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the complete execution of waste water treatment, civil construction, and/or marine construction projects both public and private.
• You will manage a team of Project Engineer’s and associated field management as well as subcontractors and the owner/representatives.
• The Project Manager position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, project set-up, cost control, scheduling, full P&L responsibility, risk analysis, safety and complete project oversight.

Background Profile

• 3 years’ experience in Waste Water Treatment Plant and Heavy Civil construction
• BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in managing projects from cradle to grave
• Experience in managing self-perform forces in excavation, underground utilities, mechanical piping, structural concrete, or marine construction.
• Exposure to Waste Water Treatment Plant Construction is a plus!
• Experience with CPM scheduling in Primavera P6 a plus!
• Project Engineers with 3 years experience welcome to apply
