Now hiring 2nd and 3rd shift Production Associates for our client in Pittsburg, PA.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Identify basic types of springs.
Complete production reports accurately, legibly, and on time.
Understand and identify crates correctly.
Follow general quality requirements.
Be familiar with Quality Assurance Manual (QAM) standards.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Know general plant practices, layout, and procedures.
Communicate effectively.
Work well in a team.
Follow safety regulations and company policies.
Learn quickly and apply new skills promptly.
Qualifications :
Education / Experience : High School diploma or GED
Read and understand quality requirements, production schedules, and reports. Communicate clearly with coworkers.
Reasoning Ability : Follow instructions in written, oral, or diagram form. Think quickly, handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines accurately, and solve problems efficiently.
Physical Demands :
Frequently stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs.
Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
