Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints (technical drawings) and written work instructions.
• Perform complex parts assembly operations using various tooling, fixtures, and hand tools.
• Experience in mechanical assembly is required.
• Ensure parts conform to Drawing Specifications.
• Participate in 5s, LEAN Kaizen, and problem-solving team activities.
• Adhere to all company safety requirements.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends.

Qualifications:

Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience in an Aerospace or Equivalent Manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions in English.
• Capable of meeting documented workmanship standards and passing company-sponsored training and certification programs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.

Education:

• High School diploma or GED/Equivalent.

Years of Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years.

Other Preferred Attributes or Qualifications (not required):

• Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean experience are a plus.
