Requirements:
- 3-5 years of lathe CNC experience.
- 3-5 years of experience setting up and running programs on multi-axis CNC machines.
- Ability to perform deburring and polishing of manufactured parts on a manual lathe.
- Experience with conventional and manual machinery is preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience accurately taking and understanding measurements with calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to perform routine shop and machinery cleaning and maintenance when needed.
- Hass Mill experience is recommended
- Using Doosan/Fanuc Lathe/MillTurn; Brands of Machines company is using: Doosan LYNX 2100/2600 LSYB, Doosan Puma MX1600ST Haas VM-3 5 axis trunion
- Prior CNC machining experience is REQUIRED.
- Understanding of the decimal system.
- Conventional and manual machinery experience is highly encouraged.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to follow directions and quickly pivot to different tasks based on the shop's priorities.
- Highly organized.
