Job Brief
Our Client is looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated QA technician to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring company and customer quality standards are being met. Implement and maintain quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to overall quality management. Test, monitor, report, complete service calls, and any quality control operation tasks, while taking an active part in driving and achieving corporate goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Support the customer service team in compliance with company's policies and vision.
  • Take active part with all technical and logistical activities for client products in a variety of industries ranging from consumer electronics to professional medical equipment.
  • Utilize ERP systems such as Priority and others for compliance.
  • Complete ATP's and any other QA related procedures, following customers' QA release docs.
  • Learn and utilize software and hardware tools to complete the QA required activities as defined by company guidelines and customers' specifications.
  • Follow and ensure calibration due dates for all measurements tools in compliance with relevant quality regulations and standards.
  • Record, track, monitor and document all activities, and actions taken, through the final resolution.
  • Follow and write work procedures and produce timely and detailed service reports.

  • A proven team player.
  • Computer skilled and knowledge of web-based technologies.
