Responsibilities:Duties and Responsibilities the product, process, and quality system. To initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels. To verify the implementation of solutions and control further processing or delivery of non-conforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
1. Completion of AS9102 First Article Inspection records
2. Receiving, in-process and final inspection and related C of C's & certification documentation
3. Capable of understanding GD&T requirements on drawings
4. Process non-conforming product and document in Simpetrack.
5. Update Pentagon and Process Work Orders
6. Work with the different departments on product review and improvements.
7. Receiving inspection
8. Review drawing for verification
9. Inspection activities
10. Review ATP's and verify data and results
11. Review work order during inspection to make sure all steps have been properly completed.
12. Communicate with customers
13. Participate in supporting activities related to the Business Management System
14. Other Duties may be assigned as deemed necessary'
Minimum qualifications:
- The candidate must be a team player, should be able to work independently, act decisively, and have above-average planning and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Minimum 1 years experience as an inspector preferred.
- A minimum of high school education or GED with previous experience is required.
- Two or four-year degree is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Sitting, walking, and standing for up to 10 hours in the Day.
- Able to lift 25 lbs. as required.
- Minimum 40 work hours expected per week during company operating hours.
