Sales Manager responsible for generating new sales in the non-automotive industry such as: Fluid power, agriculture, construction and industrial markets. POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

POSITION DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- High performing, professional salesperson.
- Must be able to generate profitable revenue growth in core competency markets.
- Natural leader who develops, leads, and inspires professionals.
- 50% travel in NA.
- Develop and responsible for creating and driving a strong sales strategy focused on the non-automotive markets.
- Working with Non-Automotive sales manager and Director of Sales to develop and penetrate markets such as: Fluid power, agriculture, construction, OEM's.
- Ability to negotiate, secure and close new large business contract sales on an annual basis.
- Drives strong part margins and efficient closure of customer commercial issues.
- Hunter mentality focused on growing the non-automotive markets in the Midwest for fineblanked and conventionally stamped parts.
- Markets: Fluid power, agriculture, construction, OEM's.
- Positive leadership skills. World class teaming skill. Strong communication skills
- Experience and knowledge selling in the industrial, agriculture, construction and fluid markets.
- Ability to develop customer specific value add propositions. Ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- Strong account management background including effective negotiating skills.
- Reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
