Job Description:
As a member of our Client's GIS team, the Senior GIS Analyst will work with business users and vendors to implement, enhance, integrate, test, and support GIS solutions primarily in Esri ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments. The candidate should have significant experience working with the ArcGIS platform and have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining geospatial datasets, maps, map layers, apps, and dashboards.
Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or GIS with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
• Advanced working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise 11.x, ArcGIS Pro 3.x and extensions, ArcGIS Online, GPS technology, ETL tools, model builder, and related geospatial software tools
• Experience managing ArcGIS Online and/or ArcGIS Enterprise organization users, content, and roles

Required Skills:

• Experience creating, enhancing, and documenting ArcGIS platform best practices and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify solution and testing requirements
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects concurrently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Prior railroad experience is a plus
• Experience writing Esri platform integrations that use third-party APIs is a plus
