P-DPD-001 About Our Client: Our client is a leading provider of healthcare solutions, committed to enhancing clinical outcomes and patient care. Position Summary: The Clinical Engineering Senior Site Manager will oversee clinical engineering initiatives to deliver superior customer service and operational efficiency. This role manages daily operations, collaborates with customers, develops team members, and serves as the liaison between hospital executives and our client. The position also ensures compliance with regulatory standards and directs Joint Commission inspections. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations and guide team members.
Motivate and manage personnel for optimal service.
Coach and mentor technicians and site managers.
Manage service operations, including contracts and resources.
Administer the Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP).
Identify and resolve technological and process issues.
Develop service strategies focused on continuous improvement.
Ensure performance assurance inspections are documented.
Provide timely feedback on projects and requests.
Address issues with external customers and recommend solutions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
General:
Manage one or multiple sites with $5M to $15M in revenue.
Handle financial management with P&L responsibility.
Focus on tactical operations with specific financial and operational targets.
Account Management & Development:
Build relationships with a diverse customer base.
Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop solutions.
Identify and pursue business opportunities.
Manage financial performance and promote service expansions.
Engage with clients and provide insights to leadership.
Leadership:
Provide clear direction and create an environment of respect.
Identify and support the development needs of team members.
Create high levels of employee engagement.
Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide timely feedback.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field.
Technical certification (A , CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE) preferred.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in clinical engineering management.
Proven leadership experience required.
Skills and Experience:
Strategic and day-to-day operations management.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop others.
Financial analysis and budget management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong written, verbal, and presentational communication skills.
