Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Insurance Restoration Project Manager to join our team in the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing restoration projects, with a specific focus on exterior repairs such as roofing, siding, and windows. This role involves overseeing contracted jobs from signed contract to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

This is a high-paying 1099 commission-only position, offering significant earning potential, the flexibility to create your own schedule, and bonus opportunities based on performance. Please note, this role is primarily focused on project management rather than sales, with no need to generate leads. Project manager receives job hand off after contract signing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Lead and manage exterior damage repair projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the reconconstfuction process including homeowners and subcontractors, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.

- Planning: Conduct site assessments, and develop project plans and schedules for contracted jobs.

- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of on-site crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Quality Control: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.

- Documentation: Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and final reports.

- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to minimize project delays and additional costs.

- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance restoration industry, with a focus on exterior repairs such as roofing, siding, and windows.

Certifications: IICRC certification and PMP or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software

- Solid understanding or willing to learn insurance claims processes and procedures.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: $104,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
