About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated AI Customer Solutions Engineer who is a software developer responsible for working with customers to help them build and deploy Generative AI solutions with our evolving platform. Hands-on software development skills are required. This role requires a strong understanding of Generative AI, as well as the ability to work with customers to develop solutions that address their needs while continuously enhancing our product and platform to align with evolving customer priorities.
Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers to understand their business needs and design and develop full stack Generative AI solutions that meet those needs
• Architect, design, and implement Generative AI solutions using our platform
• Design and develop reference architectures to deliver reusable AI solutions
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Generative AI technologies and trends

Requirements:

• Ability to understand customer needs and identify solutions to accelerate customer success
• Drive discussions with customers on architecture and engineering AI solutions
• Strong understanding of Generative AI models and applications
• Experience working with customers to develop and deploy trials and solutions
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Distributed Systems and Cloud Architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Demonstrated proficiency with Python, JavaScript
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and enterprise applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• A degree in engineering, computer science, or related fields, along with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in software development
• Experience developing and deploying AI solutions
• Hands-on experience with GenAI models and RAG systems
• Experience in solution monitoring and observability
• Experience working in a startup environment
• Experience working with developer communities and partner ecosystems
• Demonstrated ability to drive projects from concept through completion
