Job Overview:

I am seeking a talented Web Designer to help me grow my business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and innovative website designs that reflect my brand identity and meet my clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

- Design visually appealing website that‘s user-friendly and responsive across various devices

-Help me build an online store within the site with client retention in mind
- Collaborate with me to create a calender of sales and specials for the year
- Develop prototypes and mock-ups for new website features
- Ensure web design projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct website maintenance and updates as needed

-Keep me updated on online reviews, addressing them as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience in graphic design and web design
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, creating drop ship stores, and best practices
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design tasks
- Knowledge of Google tools for analytics and optimization
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies, ideally within the beauty market
- Ability to help write, proofread and edit web content for accuracy

-Ability to match and optimize the style I’d like to project
