EYEWEAR CONSULTANT/PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Pearle Vision St Louis Park is seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fashion forward person looking to build a career as an Eyewear Consultant/Patient Care Coordinator. This position plays a key role in helping to manage the health of our patients’ eyes and making them feel good about themselves all while delivering world-class customer service. Previous experience in Optical is not required.

JOB DUTIES:

• Provide in-depth product knowledge to help educate patients on frame and lens options.
• Staying current on fashion trends and styling techniques.
• Ensure a quality patient experience through professional interactions.
• On-going patient care through repairs, adjustments, trouble shooting
• Pre-testing of patients
• Checking patients in for appointments

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma required
• Vocational certification or some college preferred.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
