Job Description
Pearson Doyle Mohre & Pastis is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 3-5 years of Nursing Home and/or Medical Malpractice experience. Excellent compensation package including health, dental, life, LTD, 401k, and PTO.
Primary responsibilities are:
· Trial Preparation
· Draft & File Pleadings
· Draft & File Motions
· Index litigation files
· Issuing subpoenas to witnesses for depositions and trial
· Gathers case evidence and documentation
· Prepare and update case correspondence
· Assist with mediations and depositions
· Assisting with discovery requests
