LEASING CONSULTANTS – DETROIT – 14 BUILDING PORTFOLIO

OUR CLIENT:

Our client is a progressive, growing, real estate investment firm with a portfolio of 30 buildings in the City of Detroit, and continues to acquire and develop additional properties. Their “East” portfolio requires additional leasing consultants to keep pace with their company growth. The buildings are both new and rehabilitated work force housing offering an excellent value to the tenants.

THE ROLE:

Are you a dynamic, people-person with a passion for real estate?

As our ideal candidate, you'll combine your stellar communication skills with your sales expertise to help future residents find their perfect home. This isn't just a job – it's an opportunity to continue helping build the urban renaissance that is downtown Detroit.

What You'll Do:

· Be the welcoming face of our client’s properties

· Guide potential residents through model apartments

· Transform inquiries into leases with your persuasive sales skills

· Manage the leasing process from initial contact to signed agreement

What You'll Bring:

· A track record of success in apartment leasing or a previous sales role

· The ability to work Saturdays and bring your A-game any day of the week

· A valid driver's license to navigate our portfolio of properties

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office to keep our operations running smoothly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
