Hanes Geo Components (HGC), in Houston, TX, is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join their team. As a national supplier of geotextiles, erosion control & stormwater products, and construction site/soil stabilization materials, HGC plays a vital role in providing high-quality solutions to distributors and contractors across the country.
Responsibilities:
As the Field Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of HGC by undertaking the following responsibilities:
1. Serve Existing Customers and Develop New Business : You will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and understanding their evolving needs. Additionally, you will proactively seek out new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and introducing them to HGC's comprehensive product range.
2. Build Relationships with Contractors : Developing strong and lasting relationships with contractors is a critical aspect of this role. By understanding their requirements and challenges, you will position yourself as a valuable resource, offering tailored solutions that address their specific project needs.
3. Execute Sales Strategy : As a key member of the sales team, you will implement the company's sales strategy in your designated region. This involves conducting market research, identifying key target areas, and effectively promoting HGC's products to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
4. Report Progress to the Regional Manager: Keeping the Regional Manager informed about your progress is essential for strategic alignment and performance evaluation. Regularly providing updates on sales achievements, market insights, and customer feedback will be part of your responsibilities.
