The Clinical Assessment division is in search of a Manager of Classroom Assessment Products (CAP) Training Services with experience providing training solutions in K-12 schools and strong knowledge of state-wide training implementations, MTSS/PBIS, benchmarking, and progress monitoring assessments. This role will contribute to visioning and executing the strategic direction of Pearson’s Clinical Training Business.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the development of a new generation of training options that meet School District requirements and budgets, while ensuring implementation with accuracy and fidelity.
Provide leadership to Subject Matter Experts in the areas of academic achievement (e.g., reading, ELL) and socio-emotional learning (SEL).
Manage multiple Contractors and Employees who build training content and deliver consulting services.
Create, review, and approve training content to ensure clarity and consistency across offerings.
Manage budgets and track KPIs.
Respond to RFPs by developing training plans that meet customer requirements and business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Experience developing and delivering training across modalities (e.g., e-learning, in-person).
Advanced degree in School Administration, Education, Measurement, or closely related field.
Experience managing direct reports.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using CAP products (Pearson’s or not; example: aimswebPlus, TELL).
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Prior work at a learning company.
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. As required by the Colorado, California, Washington State, New York State and New York City laws, the pay range for this position is as follows:
The minimum full-time salary range is between $90,000 - $95,000.
