Role:
As we grow rapidly, we are looking for a driven individual to support our inside sales and customer service operations. This includes answering customer sales and service inquiries, selling to prospective customers, and finding new opportunities to help the company grow. Specifically, we are looking for someone that excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.

If the candidate performs well, there is room for further training and advancement within the company.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Deliver an exceptional experience in every customer interaction
• Convert incoming calls from prospective customers, always delivering an exceptional experience
• Drive outbound calls to high-value sales targets (e.g., local and regional businesses)
• Re-engage past customers to maintain the relationship and explore new sales opportunities
• Handle customer service issues, ensuring swift and positive resolutions
• Log customer call information and regularly analyze it for new revenue opportunities
• Meeting sales targets and other objectives

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
