Position Overview: PRCG is recruiting a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to join our executive team. This dual-role position entails responsibilities in Operations and as Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in real estate operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex projects and onshore and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Manage real estate transactions and interactions with lenders, brokers, sellers, and stakeholders.
• Implement industry best practices to improve customer ops, marketing, and property management.
• Identify operational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Evaluate and monitor KPIs to track operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure that operational strategies and initiatives align with the overall business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Chief of Staff

• Contribute to the annual development and execution of the company’s strategic plan.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the Founders, providing strategic counsel and support on various initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across functions to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Manage special projects and initiatives and ensure their timely and successful completion.

People Management

• Recruit, oversee, and coach onshore and offshore teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews, give feedback, and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 6 years of experience in operations mgmt, preferably within real estate or private equity.
• Proven track record of leading and managing onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate broadly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
