PEC Contracting is looking for a superintendent to manage a 5 year project in the Ohio area.
Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing on-site construction team.
- Coordinating and overseeing all work.
- Coordinating sub-contractors
- Ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Placing orders for materials and being responsible for equipment and materials on site.
- Monitoring and ensuring on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.
- Maintain daily logs, RFI’s, and change orders.
Construction Superintendent Requirements:
- 5 Years’ Experience as a construction Superintendent
- STONG COMPUTER SKILLS ARE A MUST.
- STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS ARE A MUST
- Proficient with MS office Word, Excel
- Proficient with scheduling software “Microsoft Project”
- Proficient with Project Management Software
- Proficient with taking digital pictures
- Ability to interpret and build according to plans and specs, and other documents
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
