PECAN VALLEY MH-MR REGION is Hiring an IDD Administrative Support IDDA Near Cleburne, TX

Job Overview: Performs entry-level clerical work to support IDD Authority team with all administrative functions to include filing of all forms into charts and placing in secure location. This position will help transition all hard copy records in electronic files and provide a secure limited share drive within the organizations vault. Work involves data entry into the CARE, TMHP and other state and federal data base systems as needed to enroll and maintain client information. Will provide coordination and tracking of all state and federal client interest lists. Will perform assistance with contacts and coordination for permanency plans and HRC/PNAC and other official IDD meetings. Will maintain logs and all maintenance data for fleet vehicles. Will maintain supplies and monitor needed repairs at Cleburne IDD building. Maintains the orderly appearance and functional order of assigned administrative office work areas. Works under close supervision with minimal latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Essential Functions: Under the supervision of the Director of IDD Authority Services, performs functions including: Coordination of sending out all packets to private and public providers via electronic health records (EHR) or hard-copy information. Will abide by all rules of HIPAA and other federal privacy guidelines. Will file all of intake charts both hard copy folder and EHR or shared folder. Will provide all necessary data entry into CARE, TMHP and other state and federal databases as needed to enroll and maintain clients served within federal and state systems. Will track all Medicaid waiver and entitlement program interest lists and coordinate through intake and service coordination caseworkers. Will make contacts and assist intake caseworkers and service coordinators in gathering information to complete permanency plans. Will make contact with all HRC members and PNAC members to schedule and coordinate required meetings. Will maintain electronic logs for all mileage and maintenance data for Pecan Valley Centers fleet of vehicles. Will take on administrative projects as assigned by supervisor or higher management within the organization. Prepares and submits requisitions for IDD Authority department per the organizations policy.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Well-developed organization skills, proper grammar, and ability to navigate freely with all required databases and software programs. Ability to work cooperatively with others. Knowledge of the use of office equipment including computer, copier, fax machine, and postage meter. Should possess flexibility to assist in a variety of assignments.

Education: High School diploma or GED required

Experience:2 3 years of experience preferred. Medical Records and clerical experience and training in clinic/business office practices and procedures
