Job Title: Pizza Cook

Job Summary:
Peckish Pizza and Wings is getting set to open its second location in the Denver Tech Center, and we are looking for the right pizzaiolos to add to our team!

Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings following recipes
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers
- Monitor food stock levels and replenish ingredients as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Take customer orders and handle cash transactions using POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a pizzeria or similar establishment
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and portioning
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with grocery store operations is a plus
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Pay: $18.76 - $22.59 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
