The main focus of this position is processing applications, processing rent payments, assist and direct in the absence of the Manager. You will support in managing rent increases, occupancy level, customer satisfaction, management reviews, inspections, etc. You will also be utilizing your leasing, hospitality and customer service skills. The ideal candidate should support in fostering an inclusive working environment to strengthen relationships with residents, owners, customers and employees. Relying on solid communication and a deep understanding of the values and needs of all those involved. The ideal candidate will have three years of apartment industry experience. Prior experience with a new property “lease up” is required. Schedule is Monday-Friday with weekends required. May have to work holidays.
