If you have experience in apartment leasing, strong communication skills (written and verbal), understanding and adhering to Fair Housing laws, have a proven track record in sales, customer service or hospitality, are a quick learner with a desire to expand your skills, you may be a perfect fit! We provide unparalleled apartments, awesome amenities and outstanding customer service. The main focus of this position is touring the property and apartments with prospective residents; assisting in the processing of applications; preparing move-in documents; addressing walk in and phone inquires; track all leasing activities; ensure apartments are ready for move in; and providing outstanding customer service to our current residents and prospective residents. Monday through Friday (9-6) and Saturday availability is required. Ideal candidate will have two years prior apartment industry experience. Prior experience with Section 42 Tax Credit is a plus.
