EXPERIENCED PROPERTY MANAGER

We’re looking for a “Super Star” Property Manager position to join our winning team! If you are an experienced Property Manager with a proven track record of providing superior customer service, team-building strong oral, written and electronic communication skills, understanding of Fair Housing, strong leadership skills and attention to detail, we want to hear from you! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in the multi-family housing industry and 2 years' Supervisory experience. Professional designations CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are a definite plus! The property total 52-units in Fort Myers, FL. Property Manager candidates must have leasing, managing, organizing and communication skills with experience in budgeting, recruiting, training and supervising staff.

The purpose of the Property Manager role is to effectively supervise, manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish each property’s objectives as set forth by the property owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels, income and property values; monitoring expenditures; and ensuring the properties are managed in accordance with industry standards. In addition, the Property Manager is responsible to see that each property follows and abides by all company polices. The Property Manager is fully accountable for all property operations.
