This is a full-time position Monday-Friday with some Saturdays. 60K-75K Annually DOE

Responsibilities

• Use Snap On electronic cataloging to look up parts.
• Work with DealerTrack, DMS and Xtime estimating for billing and inventory management.
• Work with customers and technicians to get correct parts for repairs
• Assist customers with their concerns.
• Answer phones
• Place special order requests for customers
• Follow up with orders and backorders to insure parts arrive in a timely manner
• Stock inventory
• Keep parts department clean and orderly.
• Perform training as necessary for certifications.
• Assist with shipping and receiving when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.

Requirements

• Dealership Parts Department Experience
• Clean driving record and a valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
