Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) is an approach that aims to enhance the delivery of mental health care by seamlessly incorporating mental and behavioral health screening, treatment, and specialty care within primary care settings. BHI fosters collaborations between primary care providers and specialized mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated care. While BHI can take various forms, its core principle remains the same: bridging the gap between primary and mental health care through collaborative partnerships.

The Pediatric Center in Richmond has been providing excellent pediatric care since 1962. Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- Previous experience Pediatrics or other related medical fields
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
