titioners who share their expertise in both offices. *Duties:* * Utilize medical scheduling systems to assist in administrative tasks. * New Patient Intake. * Provide medical administrative support by handling referrals, authorizations, and patient inquiries. * Pre-check-in, verifying demographics and insurance information, collecting patient balance. * Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of operations within the medical office. * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient patient care delivery. * Medical Records Management * Maintain familiarity with medical and dental terminology to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare professionals. *Skills:* * Strong knowledge of medical terminology preferably with Pediatrics * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and colleagues. *Locations:* New Haven and Cheshire, CT *Hours* : 40 hour week.
