Full-Time Fabrication Specialist for Pediatric Orthotics

Are you a motivated and HANDS ON individual? We are seeking an enthusiastic person to join Pediatric Orthotics as a Full-Time Orthotic Technician. If you have experience working with band saws, grinders, and shaping plastic, and are not afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve outstanding results, this opportunity might be perfect for you!

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize band saws, grinders, and plastic shaping techniques to contribute to the fabrication process for custom foot orthotics.
• Perform precise cutting, grinding, and shaping of materials to meet project requirements.
• Work independently, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving high-quality results.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly cared for.
• Follow directions and accept constructive feedback to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Experience in fabrication is preferred but not required, specifically with band saws, grinders, and plastic shaping.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an efficient and tidy workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a willingness to take initiative.
• Adaptable and open to learning new techniques and methods as required.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in executing fabrication tasks.
• Ability to work well under direction and accept corrections to ensure optimal outcomes.
