Immediate opening in a large healthcare facility for an Administrative Assistant. Administrative Assistant will assist multiple doctors, nurses, clinicians: meet and greet, data entry, expense reports, scheduling meetings, calendar invites, prepare meetings including order food, a ssist visitors, handle incoming phone calls.
We are seeking a person with exceptional customer service and a warm professional attitude. The face of the facility, you will interface with patients, visitors, and staff.
