- Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 8 years of program/project management experience.
- 2 Years experience as project manager on a Salesforce implementation
- At least 2 years of Coding experience preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
- PMP Certified.
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Lead or Agile Coach.
- Prior experience working on infrastructure and software projects
- Strong technical background.
- Strong working knowledge of web development.
- Strong sense of ownership, with focus on proactively removing program obstacles, and willingness to go above and beyond to chase down loose ends that lead to successful product delivery.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a highly ambiguous, fast paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
- Experience with TFS, JIRA or similar tool for managing Agile projects, MS Project/MS Office.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrate understanding of multiple project management life-cycle methodologies (especially iterative development).
- Scheduling and budgeting experience.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Strong collaboration, relationship management communication and written skills.
- Good judgment, logical thinker, and detail oriented.
- Ability to drive projects to completion.
- Familiarity with Oracle database architecture and design
