Mental Health Office Staff

POSITION FUNCTION

The Mental Health Office Staff supports operations of corporate office by processing employee documentation.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITY

• Review daily progress notes and employees’ timesheets
• Ensure employee has not missed any required paperwork
• Maintain communication with employees and their supervisors as needed
• Ensure staff members have required weekly supervision
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma

CLEARANCES REQUIRED

• Criminal Epatch, FBI, Child Abuse, Verify Comply
• Minimum of one (1) year documented experience in a social service agency preferred

• Ability to work effectively with others
