Description
Lead Oracle center of excellence. Provide solutions that align with business strategy and objectives. Promote changes to streamline processes, reduce cost, and drive lean supply chain processes. Hands-on role for a global implementation of Cloud and maintaining Oracle E-Business applications suite.
Essential Functions
- Manage, Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM Application projects.
- Manage the impact of transaction changes and their effects across all business segments.
- Participate in System Integration testing and User Acceptance testing with the business users to ensure a high quality delivery
- Implement order flows, processing rules and business models.
- Make process and systems improvement recommendations.
- Re-engineer existing business system processes to leverage the capabilities of the both the Oracle Cloud and EBS suite applications.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
- Business Degree in Computer/Information Science required
- Master's Degree preferred.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 15 years' of solid experience in leading Oracle ERP supply chain configuration, Kits to FG, Quality, Planning, and deployment.
- Preferred to have Cloud ERP and WMS experience required.
- Proven abilities in translating business needs into system solutions and driving the necessary changes to streamline processesExperienced in multiple full life-cycle global Oracle 11i/R12 implementations. (Cloud preferred).
- Solid experience and knowledge with lean supply chain, order to cash, and procure to pay business processes.
- Manage internal and outsourced resources.
- Proficient with project management tools.
- Experience working in a multi-org, multi-site environment.
