We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Administrative Assistant to provide support on engineering projects within the procurement department. Responsibilities:
Procurement and Vendor Document Control Support:
Receive, log, and issue to and from the Vendor all vendor technical document submittals
Ensure compliance with approved Project Procedure for vendor document control activities for projects
Ensure accuracy of vendor data in the company's internal database
Ensure the accuracy of electronic and hard copy filing of all Vendor documents and drawings
Reproduce and assemble Vendor documents for distribution
Provide support to procurement, as requested, with items such as preparing request for quote (RFQ) packages, updating reports, etc.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies to ensure proper stock is available
Coordinate annual meetings with potential vendors for bids on office supplies and equipment

Project Support:
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, etc., based on instructions from management or design/engineering team members
Ensure all documentation is properly prepared, distributed, and filed for ready retrieval
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years related experience supporting complex projects or administrative functions within a department or organization
Experience in construction, engineering or industrial industries
Associate's degree or higher
Experience with or knowledge of Vendor Document Control for engineering/procurement/construction management (EPCM) projects, highly preferred
Experience with Adept, Trello and BlueBeam, highly preferred
Solid typing and data entry skills
Savvy with technology and proficient in Gmail, GoogleDocs, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management, project management, and organization skills
