We have an excellent opportunity for an entry-level, Staff Accountant to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing full cycle accounts payable processing in a timely and accurate manner and in accordance with company policies
- Coding, entering invoices, reviewing and matching payments to invoice backup, managing payments, and maintaining accounts payable files
- Preparing all vendor disbursements
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices
- Maintaining vendor files
- Preparing all vendor disbursements
- Managing monthly credit card reconciliation and processing
- Managing monthly balance sheet account reconciliations
- Processing payroll
- Assisting with other projects
- Receiving and tracking accounts receivables
Experience should include the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 or more years of experience in an accounting role
- Experience working with QuickBooks Enterprise preferred
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter outlook, and the ability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational abilities to support multiple clients, projects, and meeting deadlines
- Solid proficiency with Excel and Word
- A service-driven and professional approach
- Ability to work onsite at the office
