We are looking for a Supply Chain specialist/Planner to be responsible for the material planning, equipment fulfillment, Inv. mgt. Part shortage fulfillment,Daily in contact with suppliers, HQ and related internal departments The successful candidate will have proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practices. Responsibilities
- Planning material deliveries and Maintain material stock levels
- Coordinator with Procurement for Purchasing orders and planning tables preparation
- Support ordering of Equipment for CapEx dept
- Dealing with local vendors including sourcing and inquiries
- Supplier evaluation (including audits)
- Communication with all internal departments to support material delivery issues
- Dealing with HQ regarding material deliveries
- Solving issues with material discrepancies
- Highlight any potential shortages with proactive approach to avoid
- Preparing reports (internal and external)
Skills
- 1 years or more experience in vendor management, parts sourcing and planning
- Bachelor Degree in Supply chain management, Business administration, IE or Comprehensive
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel mainly)
- Organization & time planning abilities
- Negotiating skills with suppliers
- Flexible and willing to work overtime
- Ability to work under pressure and Active & responsible working approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
