We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. Responsibilities:
Handwrite personalized thank you cards to referrals
Generate productions and reports, identifying potential sales opportunities for follow-up
Encourage clients to leave Google reviews
Follow up on claims and assist with marketing efforts
Coordinate participation in local events
Assist in setting up events
Send onboarding texts to welcome new clients
Perform additional assistant tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese preferred, but not required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Familiarity with social media platforms is helpful
Must be comfortable working in an office environment; potential for hybrid work arrangements
