Job Description
Essential Functions of the Job and Key Responsibilities:

• Support in daily Catering and Delivery operations through sales activities and communications

• Assist team in direct selling efforts for both Leeann Chin and Pick Up Stix through outreach
• Assist the Director and Assistant Director to ensure team is meeting all sales requirements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Participate in weekly 1:1 reviews with Director to build more effective communication, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of supporting client account management, opportunity creation and activity performance for each brand
• Utilize Outlook Calendar and CRM platform as well as other online resources to maximize organization, strategic planning and follow up to assist in efforts meet and exceed catering sales metrics for both Leeann Chin and Pick Up Stix
• Assist in communication with the Leeann Chin and Pick Up Stix Delivery Team to ensure effective delivery operations
• Collaborate with Director and Assistant Director to establish strong operational relationships with each brand
• Participate in projects and provides additional support, as assigned by leadership
• Engage with clients and accounts for both brands to close as much business opportunity as possible
• Create contracts and proposals for business opportunities and establish a strategy for follow up and closing the business
• Attend and participate in team meetings, both virtual and in-person
• Assist in sales reporting activities as requested by the Director and brand executives
• Perform other job functions as assigned by the Director

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 2 years of current sales experience
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High-level of cold calling and closing business
• Detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively meet deadlines
• Results-oriented individual
• Superior Microsoft experience. Ability to quickly learn new programs.
• Successful in building relationships
• Strong time management skills and follows through on commitments
• Works well under pressure and able to meet timelines
• Able to take direction
• Represents themselves with the highest level of integrity and professionalism

What we offer:

• This is a Full-time, Non-Exempt/Hourly, benefit eligible position.
• Hourly pay range of $18-22 per hour, based on experience.
• This position will have a schedule of an estimated 30 hours per week
• Business hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm

We are currently seeking a full time Corporate Catering Sales Specialist for our Leeann Chin and Pick-up-Stix brands to help support our team!
The Corporate Catering Sales Specialist will report to the Director of Corporate Catering Sales for Leeann Chin and Pick Up Stix. This role will assist in the support of both the Leeann Chin and Pick Up Stix brands in efforts to grow the catering business. The individual in this role will assist in the overall success of the catering line of each business and provide quality products and services to exceed our catering guest expectations!
