We currently have an opening for a full-time Fill Machine Operator based at our site in Plymouth, MN.

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for performing the filling and sealing functions that constitutes the production, inspection, inventory, and distribution of our Thermal Isolation Chambers (TIC).

What Youll Do:

* Under general supervision operates all fill and seal equipment. Including such duties as set up, tear down and preventive maintenance for each machine.

* Performs general warehouse work that involves using material moving/handling equipment to store materials in designated areas, and/or retrieving materials/products from warehouse locations to supply production operations or support customer shipment of company products.

* Refers to manual and electronic inventory systems to locate and record orders and inventory information.

* Refers to work orders or procedural instructions appropriate for each job, function or assignment before commencing work.

* Performs specified quality assurance checks designated for each job assignment.

* Ensures appropriate electronic systems and data bases are updated with current information.

* Maintains good housekeeping and clean work areas.

* Follows company policies and practices as outlined in Handbook and follow guidelines regarding safety as outline in the AWAIR, and other safety procedures in accordance to the job.

* Performs additional duties as assigned.

What Youll Need:

* Requires high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret work instructions.

* Ability to make decisions when identifying in-process problems.

* Requires the knowledge of basic hand tools.

* Knowledge of warehouse layout and the safe operation of material moving and handling equipment including 2-wheeler, lift truck, pallet jack, or motorized forklift.

* Must have working knowledge of computers and be familiar with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be constantly required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to executive non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).

* Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

* This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.
