- Completes simple service requests for key customer jobs to enable house closings when regular service may be unavailable
- Develops strong proficiency with quoting system to review, enter and process orders
- Provides back up in reviewing orders for the designated sales team
- Promotes and facilitates continuous improvement activities in the department. Finds root cause of missed sales and help coordinate solutions.
- Understands and utilizes all necessary software by continually learning through experience and training
- Thanks clients and encourages a continuing relationship with Pella
- Able to support partnerships with other businesses that serve the same customers
- Provide superb customer service and generate referrals from one customer to others
