Pella Windows and Doors of North Carolina and Southwest Virginia is looking for a Trade Sales Support Associate in the Raleigh area . We are seeking confident, enthusiastic team players who thrive on a challenge, that are customer-focused and detail-oriented to join our team. SUMMARY:

This position supports a Trade Sale Rep. This position will provide administrative support to the trade sales r in all areas of the business including but not limited to: quoting, LRD management, service support, logistics, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist existing sales rep managing order and delivery dates, and product & service related issues.
  • Help initiate service and play a key role in maintaining the companies desired service level.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers.
  • Responsible for supporting the Outside Sales Rep with bid preparation and order entry.
  • Maintains a high level of quality on all calls and is knowledgeable of products, services and methods of delivery.
  • Entering service and claim requests and other operational support functions will be required.
  • Ability to read house plans and blueprints and quote accurately
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Organizational, social, and customer-focus skills are necessary along with experience in office computer programs
  • Great math skills are helpful along with the demonstrated ability to be creative.
  • A high level of energy and confidence is also required
  • Deadline and Detail-oriented

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Outlook, Excel and One Drive
  • College Degree preferred, but not required
  • Prior Construction experience preferred but not required; i.e. blueprint reading
  • Relevant experience performing the above duties is required. Minimum 2 years of customer service or general business experience preferred
