YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Own annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting for Peloton’s Operations and Supply Chain organization
- Support the monthly close process through close partnership with FP&A counterparts and the Accounting team
- Establish business relationships across the organization and serve as a strategic thought partner with cross functional-teams
- Influence business decisions with effective verbal and written communication, data driven analysis & modeling and presentation of options & alternatives
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to track business performance against operating plans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date variance analysis
- Develops, tracks & reports on relevant KPI’s
- Assist in preparation of board of director materials
- Review existing processes, structures, and systems to assist in the identification of improvement opportunities with a focus on simplification, standardization and optimization
- 1 years of experience in FP&A / corporate finance / investment banking
- Undergraduate degree in finance / economics / accounting / mathematics preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skills and proficient in Google Suites (slides & sheets)
- Ability to draw insights from large data sets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly the ability to explain complex concepts to non-financial audiences
- Must be a proactive self-starter with the ability to move workstreams forward independently and under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- High proficiency and enthusiasm for creating new reports to drive insight into business critical metrics
- Existing ERP knowledge, especially Netsuite and Oracle Hyperion Essbase a plus
